Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes which are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered uniformly or have been delivered;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered uniformly or have been delivered;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, via email at: support@ladyluxe-london.com. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

For the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and are made on the basis of individual choice or decision by the consumer, or clearly personalized according to the consumer's personal needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract, and which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
